The Angel Mark logo of Morinaga represents our desire to deliver value and inspiration through food to as many people as we can. This desire is alive and well in four core business areas, Confectioneries, Foodstuffs, Frozen Desserts and Weider brand. It is also in our healthcare products, which respond to a declining birthrate and aging population as well as increasing interest in healthy living, and in the global expansion of our international business. At Morinaga, we believe it is our mission to research and develop products which meet the needs of our customers, and create new food cultures that offer value and inspiration.
To achieve Morinaga’s dream of being a “company that improves the lives of children worldwide,” we engage in a variety of social service activities. For example, the One Chocolate for One Smile campaign helps educational projects in developing countries with part of the revenue from chocolate sales. Programs such as the Little Angel Deserted Island Exploration and Iga Angel Nature School offer children opportunities to learn how important it is to live side by side with nature and to help each other.
With growth and social services as two wheels that drive our corporate activities, we are committed to achieving our long-standing dream as well as our vision of “Delicious, Fun, and Healthy”
